一、活动目的

I. Goal of event

一条村，一座城，一个革新，春暖花开笔墨著春秋。

在新春佳节即将来临之际，为营造祥和、欢乐、喜庆的节日氛围，为弘扬中华民族的优秀传统文化，依托佛山深厚的岭南文脉基底,进一步加强中华民族优秀传统文化教育，提高青少年汉字书写水平，感受汉字中的人文精神和道德意蕴，展示汉字的艺术魅力和时代风采。

The advent of spring is good time for showing calligraphy at our village, our city and our era of innovation.

The approaching of Spring Festival immerses us in the peaceful and joyful atmosphere. We are highly obliged to strengthen the education of the excellent traditional culture of Chinese based on the profound Lingnan context of Foshan to promote the culture. This helps to improve the calligraphy level for young people, to feel the humanistic spirit and moral implication of Chinese characters, and to show the artistic charm of Chinese characters nowadays.

进一步培养广大青少年对书法艺术的热爱与传承，选拔与培养优秀的青少年书法才俊，推动青少年素质教育的发展，提高青少年对书法艺术学习兴趣，助力粤港澳大湾区传统文化建设，特举办2023“家校共建杯.名城墨韵，妙笔生挥”——青少年书法挥春大赛活动。

The event – “Famous Chancheng, Fantastic Calligraphy - a Home-School Joint Cup 2023 Spring Festival Youth Calligraphy Competition” works to cultivate the teenagers and youth in their favor of Chinese calligraphy and its heritance. It also works to select and train potentially talented young calligraphers and motivates their quality education, so as to make our efforts for the cultural business of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.

参赛对象：8—18岁青少年

Participants: teenagers aged 8-18

活动流程：

Schedule:

1.活动签到，嘉宾进场（14:30-15:00）

主会场入口设置签到处。会场播放暖场音乐，工作人员引导嘉宾入座。

2.主持人开场，介绍活动形式和流程（15:00-16:30）

主持人开场语，简单介绍活动环节、活动规则、来宾等，提高嘉宾对活动流程的了解，专家现场展示精湛的书法技巧和作品。

1. Sign-in and welcome (14:30-15:00)

Sign in at the entrance of the main venue and the guests are urged to their seats with warming up music.

2. The host opens the ceremony and introduces the schedule of the activity (15:00-16:30)

The host's opening remarks briefly introduced the activity sessions, rules, guests and etc., to familiarize the guests with the activity, and this session is highlighted by experts’ on site calligraphy performances.

3.书法挥春创作（16:30-17:30）

现场派发挥春，参赛者自由创作，用自己的作品展示了书法的魅力，表达了新春将至的喜悦。

3. Participants’ calligraphy competition (16:30-17:30)

This is the main session when participants wield their brushes and take the competition to show their personal skills, and to welcome the Spring Festival with joy.

活动规则：

1.参赛者无需带任何工具（可以自带毛笔），参赛用的对联纸张（两对）、毛笔、墨水等由活动现场提供。到场统一穿上活动方提供的汉服，比赛结束后归还活动方。

Activity rules:

1. Participants need not bring any tools (except for their own brushes). They are provided with couplet paper (two pairs), brushes, ink and etc. All participants shall wear the Han suit provided by the organizer and return it to the organizer after the competition.

2.现场发放题目（有繁体对照），每人有两幅对联用纸（其中一对为备用），参赛者现场挥春，写完上交给工作人员，不随意离开座位。

3.本次大赛纯属公益性赛事，不收取任何报名评审费用。

2. Required drawing contents are issued on site (with traditional Chinese fonts provided). Each participant has two pairs of couplets (one is for spare). They will finish drawing and turn it in to the organizer before allowed to leave their seats.

3. This competition is purely a public welfare event, and there is no registration or review fee.

活动要求：

1.现场所有人须戴好口罩，做好个人防护措施。

2.限制现场参赛人数15人以内。

Activity requirements:

1. All attendees on site must wear masks and take personal protective measures.

2. The numbers of participants is limited to 15.

专家根据参赛者的作品进行现场评选，评选细则如下：

1、作品具有美观性、完整性、艺术性、健康性。

2、笔画（共40分）。

3、字体架构（共40分）。

4、页面整洁、美观（共20分）。

Xiamen Chamber of Commerce at Beijing, initially established in 2007, is a non-profit social legal entity registered in Beijing civil affairs bureau in January 2016. It is an enterprise invested and founded by Xiamen related units and individuals in Beijing, as well as a voluntary joint initiative of Xiamen enterprises registered in Beijing institutions or branches, and receives political guidance and business guidance from the Beijing office of Xiamen municipal people's government.

     北京厦门企业商会先后成立了人力资源委员会，商会界少有的海外投资委员会、金融投资并购委员会、区块链委员会，文旅产业委员会、产业投资委员会、法律专业委员会、新能源产业委员会以及政府招商引资深化工作领导小组，厦门交流中心，集美产业投资交流中心。目前已累积发展会员500多家，现任会长由第十六届北京市西城区人大代表、北京磊鑫建筑工程有限公司董事长蒋清林担任，会员从事的行业包括金融投资、互联网科技、文化传媒、节能环保、地产开发、工程建设、通讯服务、园林绿化、食品加工、餐饮服务、科技教育、贸易等多个领域。2013年11月商会正式成立党总支，下属4个党支部，目前发展党员80余人。

We have successively set up a human resources committee, an overseas investment committee (that is rare for commerce chambers), a financial investment and merger committee, a blockchain committee, a culture and tourism industry committee, an industry investment committee, a legal professional committee, a new energy industry committee, and a leading group for the deepening of government investment promotion, a Xiamen exchange center, and a Jimei industry investment exchange center. At present we have more than 500 members. The current president is Jiang Qinglin, the representative of the 16th Beijing Xicheng district people's congress and the chairman of Beijing Leixin construction engineering Co., Ltd. The members are engaged in financial investment, Internet technology, cultural media, energy conservation and environmental protection, land development, engineering construction, communication services, landscaping, food processing, food services, science and technology education, trade and other fields.
